Team Members

Are you an experienced at least 5PQE qualified employment lawyer, looking to leave the rat race of commuting, billable hours, ridiculous fee targets, office politics, corporate culture, partner bullsh!t, yada yada? 

We are offering a new way of being a lawyer, one that puts clients first, with a heckload of job satisfaction and flexibility for you. You will work  fully remotely, with flexible hours and full or part time. So long as the work is done, done well and clients are happy, all is good. 

You will run your own cases competently without micromanagement within a supportive environment, be a top notch marketeer, provide exemplary client service, outstanding quality of work, have a wicked sense of humour, ideally be a bit sweary, slightly rebellious, very real and have a genuine passion for helping people. Even better if you have an interesting life story or unusual career history - we really love lawyers who don't fit that crusty old mould of how people think we should be.

You will have experience of advising and representing claimants in discrimination, redundancy and unfair dismissal matters, drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and managing employment tribunal cases. You will love networking and blogging, and if you come with a following or a solid referral network that would be ideal.

We offer really interesting and worthy work, an amazingly brilliant and supportive community of like-minded colleagues to collaborate with, bounce ideas off, cross-refer clients and generally help to avoid home-working isolation.

We provide basic admin support, a great case management system, marketing initiatives and cross-referral opportunities. You will earn a commission on cases you bring in.

We have London offices for meeting clients, but you will work remotely, and tbh we mostly do online meetings because nobody wants to schlep into London any more!

Consultant Team Members

Further to the above, are you thinking about becoming a self-employed consultant? Or you might be an old hat at consulting and seeking a new revenue stream alongside other work? 

If you join the Rebel Law team, you earn your own money. You generate your own client work in the main, and take on any overflow work we can provide (if you want to). 

You work wherever and whenever you want, full time, part time, it's up to you. As you will be a self-employed business, you decide. So long as the work is done, done well and clients are happy, all is good. 

You are the master of your own career and practice from this point onwards. We offer a generous fee split, an amazingly brilliant and supportive community of like-minded colleagues to collaborate with, bounce ideas off, cross-refer clients and generally help to avoid consultant isolation. We can also mentor and support you if you are new to consulting.
