We are committed to high quality legal advice and client care. If you are unhappy about any aspect of the service you have received or about your invoice, please get in touch with the fee earner in the first instance to discuss the problem. 

If it is not resolved, then your second option is to contact the Supervising Director as soon as possible and we will try and resolve any outstanding issues.

If you are still not satisfied, then as a third step you may contact our external independent complaints handler Aly Young of Aly Young Law Limited at aly@aly-young-law.co.uk,  01304 268831 or by post at 6 Mill Lane, Shepherdswell, Near Dover, Kent CT15 7LJ.

If we haven’t been able to resolve things with you, then any complaints about our work or professional conduct may be addressed as a fourth stage to the Legal Ombudsman, PO Box 6167, Slough SL1 0EH , telephone 0300 555 0333, online form https://www.legalombudsman.org.uk/make-a-complaint/ 

Normally, you will have to bring your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within 6 months of receiving a final response from us about your complaint and they have jurisdiction to hear complaints brought only by individuals and smaller organisations. More information can be found on their website www.legalombudsman.org.uk.

We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority pursuant to the Legal Services Act 2007 (as amended). We are obliged to tell you that if you wish to report us to the Solicitors Regulation Authority for serious misconduct such as acting illegally or dishonestly for example (and we hope you never think this because we wholeheartedly subscribe to our code of ethics), then you can write to them at The Cube, 199 Wharfside Street, Birmingham, B1 1RN or email report@sra.org.uk sending all relevant evidence to them.

You should be aware that as a separate right, you may apply to the Court for an assessment of your invoice under Part III of the Solicitors' Act 1974 and, if all or part of our bill remains unpaid, we may be entitled to charge interest.
