Understanding how much you care about your business is key to providing you with the best service. In many cases, it is your baby, and we want to help you raise it up.
Helping you as a business owner to be a better employer, to understand your legal obligations, and generally help you create a healthy and productive work environment where people want to work for you, is what we enjoy best.
As a business client, you will have access to our wide network of HR Consultants who can advise and assist you with day to day issues, help you manage change processes, and deal with formal meetings hands-on.
If you need us to come to your workplace we can do that (and we do like to meet our clients), but equally we can be your trusted advisers on a remote basis, available by phone, text, email, WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom, or whatever your tech preference.
During the Covid pandemic, it is probably safer for all concerned if we stick to virtual consultation meetings. Let us know your particular needs though.
Ben ran a bespoke furniture design company which had expanded rapidly and his knowledge about business and HR had not yet caught up with his legal obligations. We advised Ben about workplace health and safety, insurance requirements, good HR practices and record keeping, how to avoid discriminating when recruiting staff. We drafted his employment contracts and a staff handbook setting out the core basic policies he needed to get started with, and not the kitchen sink he didn't need.

Cassie asked us to help with a situation in her recruitment business, where her employee Simon had recently left and she was aware that he was working for a competitor and was contacting her clients, in breach of his contract with her company. She wanted to take urgent action to stop the damage he was causing. We advised her about urgent court action options, but managed to nip it in the bud by getting Simon to sign legally binding undertakings to comply with his contract and to delete all confidential data.
Q What will it cost me?
A It depends on what we agree as the scope of the work, and the type of work involved. We will give you an advance estimate and keep you informed if anything changes.
Q Do you do fixed fees?
A Yes we do for certain things like drafting documents, where we can predict the time involved in advance. Click on the link below for details, and give us a call so we can discuss your needs.
